Govt prepares infocommunications strategy
Budapest, June 13 (MTI) - A new government strategy on infocommunications will aim to enhance digital infrastructure, improve Hungary s digital literacy, create a digital state and support R+D in the sector in the upcoming years, the state secretary for infocommunications said on Thursday.

Vilmos Valyi-Nagy told an event entitled The Parliament of Information Society that an action plan will soon be revealed and up for comments, containing projects under the 2014-20 EU financial framework. The strategy outlines a spending plan and the main directions of developments for the next seven years, he said.
