Hungary industrial output falls unadjusted 3.8 pc in Sep

Budapest, November 9 (MTI) - Output of Hungary s industrial sector was down 3.8 percent in September from the same month a year earlier, unadjusted data published by the Central Statistics Office (KSH) on Friday show.

The decline accelerated from a 0.5 percent drop in August.

Adjusted for the number of workdays, industrial output edged up 0.6 percent in September after rising 1.8 percent in August.

Output rose 0.7 percent month-on-month, according to seasonally- and workday-adjusted data.

Output slipped 0.8 percent in January-September from the same period a year earlier.
