Radical nationalists reject “corrupted democracy”

Budapest, January 28 (MTI) – Hungary’s radical nationalist Jobbik party is “neither communist, nor fascist or national socialist” but it also rejects what “democracy has corrupted into”, party chair Gabor Vona told a kick-off rally for 2012 on Saturday.

In his address, Vona said he thought that the current global crisis was a crisis of liberal democracies, which would inevitably lead to an armed conflict within the next one or two decades.

In preparation for such emergencies, Jobbik must work to improve Hungarian society’s abilities for self-defence, self-organisation and self-sustenance, Vona said.
