Hungary posts EUR 381 m c/a surplus in Q3 – NBH

Budapest, December 29 (MTI) – Hungary’s current account posted a surplus of 381 million euros in the third quarter, the National Bank of Hungary (NBH) said on Thursday.

The surplus was lower than the second quarter’s 530 million euros, itself revised from 738 million.

 

In the first three quarters the current account registered a surplus of 1.128 billion euros, compared with a surplus of 1.064 billion euros in the same period of 2010.
